I used to go to Sweden for work once or twice a year.

On every occasion, I tried to get my hosts to take me somewhere where I could eat that fish they bury and let get rotten. Every time, I failed.

They actually seemed to be ashamed of it.

I've eaten 4 of them in a row (for a dare). Whenever I burped the following day, I could taste them.

Another gag one. I was walking along the road minding my own business and decided to yawn. I didn't put my hand over my mouth. At exactly the same moment, some fucker on my right sneezed. The trajectory of his snot coincided with my yawn. Gag, gag, gag.

Had veal sweetbreads at the Ritz on Saturday. Nice, but rich and texturely a little boring after a few mouthfuls. Would have been happy with half the portion. The dish as a whole was very good though.

This makes me GAG any time i think about it but about 20 years ago we were out on the piss and a mate puked in a pint glass, my other mate picked it up and had a swig out of it *GAGS*

He did it knowingly by the way not by accident!

Re: What's the most unusual thing you have eaten?
Sheep brains.

They came out very shrunken and peppery. Behind the pepper, there didn't seem to be anything remarkable. I could have been eating anything else bland and highly peppered.

So long as it looked like shrunken brains, of course.
